Group Rates and Our Travel Partner

Our vacation planning friends at Destinations in Florida are spreading some extra magic with special group discounts on a variety of Walt Disney World Resorts. There are plenty of benefits staying on site, including proximity to the convention and the parks, free transportation, safe dining options with trained Disney chefs and kitchens, and, of course, that touch of extra magic.

Group discounts are no longer available due to Disney policy 30 days prior to the event. However, Destinations in Florida can assist with various discounts at Disney resorts, including Annual Passholder and Florida Resident Rates starting at $87 per night plus tax at a value resort (Pop Century).

Booking with Destinations in Florida also gives you discounts on other perks, including park tickets. Contact them for a free quote and be sure to let them know that you are attending the Food Allergy & Celiac Convention for that extra magic.

Personalized Trip Planning

We offer custom, one-on-one assistance with making the most of your magical weekend while attending the event.

We can provide detailed answers via email, or set up Skype audio conference calling and a meeting and work you through all your options, step-by-step.

We want you to have the best experience possible and we’re here to make that happen. Be sure to check in on our weekly Friday Trip Planning posts on our blog for general answers, too.
